Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes — 100% free, no signup, no watermarks. Generate as many product scenes as you want, all in your browser.
Does it really use AI?
Partly, and honestly: the background removal uses RMBG-1.4, a real AI segmentation model that runs on your device (about 40 MB, downloaded once from the Hugging Face model hub, then cached). The studio, lifestyle and gradient scenes themselves are procedurally rendered backdrops composited on canvas — not AI-generated imagery — so what you see is a clean, controllable product shot.
Want just the cutout without a scene?
No. Everything happens on your device — the only network download is the AI model file itself. And if you want just the transparent cutout without a scene, use our AI Background Remover.
What export sizes are available?
1080×1080 for Instagram, 2000×2000 (Amazon-ready), 1080×1920 for Stories/Reels, and 1920×1080 for website banners — all as PNG.
What products work best?
Products with a clear silhouette against their background — bottles, boxes, gadgets, shoes, cosmetics. Very fine edges (fur, wispy fabric) can come out soft; a higher-contrast original photo gives the cleanest cutout.
